Repify does the heavy lifting: it continously processes sales data and rep submissions to automatically track progress against goals and initiatives. Instead of chasing down updates or building manual reports, leaders can instantly see how their team is performing, identify where coaching is needed and accelerate results.

What is a Play?

A Play refers to an MBO (Management by Objective), incentive program, or any company-defined goal or tracked objective. Plays are created by your organization based on internal initiatives and can be strategically assigned to sales reps to drive performance and help meet these objectives effectively. Plays can be compensated, but also assigned as tasks or internal reporting.

How is data collected?

Repify integrates directly with your existing sales system using scheduled daily reports. These reports are seamlessly fed into the Repify platform. Once ingested, the data automatically updates across the system, ensuring consistency and real-time accuracy.

Historical data reports are only required to track distribution Plays for specific products if Repify has not already received sales data for the required period before the Play begins.

What types of reports are required?

The specific reports needed will depend on the ERP system your organization uses. All reporting requirements will be identified and configured during the pre-onboarding process in collaboration with the Repify team.

What is the onboarding process?

Onboarding begins with a pre-onboarding discovery call, bringing together key stakeholders from your organization and the Repify team.

 

This session outlines all technical and user onboarding plans and sets a clear implementation timeline. Following this call, Repify will share a comprehensive onboarding roadmap, including milestones and checkpoints to ensure everything stays on track.

What kind of training will my team receive?

Training is tailored to your organization’s needs and is discussed during the pre-onboarding phase. The Repify team offers virtual, live training sessions for all levels of your organization, along with scheduled follow-up meetings for ongoing support.
